YS-80G Portable Head & Pipe Edge Milling Machine is developed for on-site edge preparation of large dished heads, large-diameter cylinders and thick-walled pipes, adopting cold milling technology. Compact and lightweight structure equipped with trolley for easy transportation. Spindle angle is continuously adjustable from 0°~90°, and feeding speed is controlled by frequency converter. Cold machining avoids oxidation and thermal deformation on workpieces, delivers premium bevel surface. Processed parts meet welding specifications and are available for radiographic inspection directly. Widely applied in manufacturing and field maintenance of pressure vessels, boilers, storage tanks and oil & gas pipelines, suitable for workshop production and outdoor on-site operation.
