YS-80D Self-propelled Single-Side Beveling Machine adopts cold milling technology equipped with dual-spindle power unit and compound adjustment system of electric lifting plus elastic floating lifting. It realizes automatic electric plate clamping and constant-speed self-feeding. The bevel angle is continuously adjustable from 0°~75°, maximum bevel width up to 80mm, capable of forming multiple standard bevel profiles. Full cold cutting ensures smooth bevel surface without oxidation and thermal deformation. Machined workpieces comply with welding standards and can be directly used for radiographic inspection. Suitable for various metal plates including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel with thickness 4–80mm. Widely used in plate edge preparation for steel structure, pressure vessel, engineering machinery and equipment manufacturing industries. Mobile casters are installed for easy relocation, ideal for long-term continuous mass plate bevel processing.
