YS-80A Self-propelled Reversible Beveling Machine is equipped with reversible cutting head. There is no need to flip large workpieces when processing double-side bevels, which greatly simplifies working procedures and improves productivity. Adopting cold milling technology, the machine is fitted with dual-spindle power system, combined lifting mechanism of electric lifting and elastic floating lifting. It realizes electric automatic plate clamping with variable feeding speed. Bevel angle freely adjustable from 0°~75°, maximum bevel width up to 80mm for various bevel profiles. Cold machining brings zero oxidation and thermal deformation. Machined surfaces meet welding standards and workpieces can be directly used for radiographic inspection. Suitable for metal plates such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and aluminum plate with thickness 4–80mm. Widely used in mass thick plate prefabrication for steel structure, pressure vessel, engineering machinery and shipbuilding industries.
