YS-200S Self-propelled Dual-spindle Beveling Machine is equipped with two independent cutting spindles. It can process two bevels simultaneously in one pass, doubling productivity compared with single-spindle models. Adopting cold milling technology, the machine features combined adjustment system of electric lifting plus elastic floating lifting, electric automatic plate clamping and variable feeding speed. Machining angle can be freely adjusted from 0°~90°, maximum single-pass bevel width reaches 80mm for multiple bevel profiles. Full cold cutting creates smooth bevel surface without oxidation and thermal deformation. Machined workpieces meet welding standards and can be directly used for radiographic inspection. Suitable for metal plates including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron and aluminum plate with thickness 6–80mm. Widely used in mass plate edge preparation for steel structure, pressure vessel, engineering machinery and shipbuilding industries.
