YS-200D Double-Side Plate Beveling Machine is special equipment for simultaneous double-side milling beveling. Adopting cold milling process, it can complete upper and lower beveling on plates in one pass. It features electric automatic plate clamping for stable feeding with flexible adjustable bevel angles. The machined surface is smooth without oxidation or thermal deformation. Workpieces meet welding standards and can be directly used for NDT radiographic inspection. Suitable for plates from 4mm to 80mm thick, capable of various complex bevel profiles. It processes carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, aluminum plate and more. Widely used in pressure vessels, steel structures, bridges, engineering machinery and shipbuilding plate prefabrication. Equipped with mobile casters and variable feeding speed, it simplifies processing procedures and greatly improves productivity.
