YS-200A Horizontal Head & Pipe Edge Milling Machine is specially developed for edge preparation of pressure vessel heads and large-diameter pipes with cold milling technology. Equipped with electric lifting structure, the spindle angle can be adjusted freely from 0°~90°, and feeding speed adopts variable frequency control, suitable for mass bevel processing of large cylinders, dished heads and thick-walled pipes. Cold machining prevents oxidation and thermal deformation on workpiece. The finished bevel meets surface requirements and can be directly used for welding & NDT inspection. Fitted with moving casters for convenient relocation; stable spindle locking and easy operation. Widely used in pressure vessel, chemical pipeline, oil & gas equipment and boiler manufacturing industries.
