YS-100D Self-propelled Single-Side Beveling Machine adopts cold milling technology with dual-spindle power configuration. It is equipped with dual adjustment structure including electric lifting and elastic floating lifting. The machine clamps plates automatically and feeds at constant speed. Bevel angle can be freely adjusted from 0°~90°, the max bevel width reaches 80mm, supporting multiple bevel types. Full cold cutting process ensures no oxidation and thermal deformation on bevel surface. Machined workpieces meet welding requirements and can be directly used for radiographic inspection. Suitable for metal plates with thickness 4–80mm, widely applied in plate edge preparation for steel structure, pressure vessel, engineering machinery and shipbuilding industries. Fitted with mobile base for easy transfer, ideal for continuous mass plate processing.
