YS-100A Self-propelled Reversible Beveling Machine is fitted with reversible cutting head. It avoids hoisting and flipping large workpieces during double-side bevel machining, greatly reducing handling procedures and improving efficiency. Adopting cold milling technology, the machine is equipped with dual-spindle power system and compound adjustment mechanism of electric lifting & elastic floating lifting. It supports electric automatic plate clamping with variable feeding speed. Bevel angle can be continuously adjusted within wide range of 0°~90°, maximum bevel width reaches 80mm, capable of forming K/V/X/Y, 0°side edge and other various bevel profiles. Full cold cutting prevents oxidation and thermal deformation on bevel surface. Machined workpieces comply with welding specifications and can be directly used for radiographic inspection. Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, aluminum plate with thickness 4–80mm. Widely applied to mass thick plate edge preparation for steel structure, pressure vessel, shipbuilding and engineering machinery industries.
